AIRPORT INFORMATION

If you're flying, you can either fly into Seattle or Portland. Seattle is a closer drive to the venue, but depending on your trip preferences and what you'd like to see, either city would be fun to spend a couple extra days in!

Need more help deciding which airport? PDX is easier to navigate since it’s a smaller airport but be mindful of your timing as rush hour traffic can make crossing the bridge out of Portland into Washington a bit tough.

We recommend renting a car at the airport to get to the venue and to explore Mount Rainier National Park.

Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac): 75 miles and approximately 1 hour and 40 minute drive from Seattle Airport to Copper Creek Inn.

Portland International Airport (PDX): 135 miles and approximately 2 hours and 20 minute drive from Portland Airport to Copper Creek Inn.

WHERE TO STAY

Ashford, Washington is a small town just outside of the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. There are a handful of hotels but rental homes & cabins will likely be your best bet. There are a ton that are within a 5 minute drive of the venue.

The cabins on the venue grounds have been reserved for immediate family. Lucky for us, there are tons of other places to stay in the area. The town of Ashford is only about 2 miles wide, so no matter where you stay, you should be close by!
